Job Description

  • Maintains customer satisfaction by gathering data, from the medical provider, injured workers, employers, attorneys, and internal customers.
  • Answers questions and provides information via telephone or in writing.
  • Resolves problems by Identifying and researching issues, clarifying complaints, routing calls to proper personnel,and ensuring follow-up.
  • Completes the necessary paperwork for re-considerations and adjustments.
  • Improves company effectiveness and efficiency by identifying issues and recommending solutions; conducting, collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Contributes to overall team efforts by achieving established performance standards for production and quality.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, phone and computer skills;
  • High School degree, or GED equivalent;
  • Two to three years customer service experience, call-center preferred;
  • Experience with customer service technology including telecommunications and computer software applications, preferred.
