If so, join our team! About the role: As a Concept Validation Analyst, you will help to shape the Solaria Labs portfolio at the front end of the innovation funnel.  You'll participate on cross-functional teams to identify consumer needs, develop concepts, and validate and prioritize those concepts for rapid prototyping. Key activities include a diverse mix of designing quantitative surveys, conducting small-scale consumer experiments, performing secondary research, and modeling to estimate market size. This is a great opportunity to help play a role in shaping the vision for ideas that eventually get built into real-world products in the hands of users.   Responsibilities:

• Participate in the consumer exploration process, using advanced consumer research methodologies like design thinking and outcome-driven innovation to uncover consumer insights and develop concepts.
• Work cross functionally with key Innovation partners to identify hypotheses to test, define experiment plan, and build test stimuli.
• Help design and program surveys. Analyze, interpret, and present key results and recommendations.
• Perform secondary research to assess competitive landscape for new innovation ideas
• Conduct interviews with internal/external experts and consumers. Write discussion guides to inform interviews.
• Research to find inputs for quantitative models to estimate size of opportunities.
• Provide analysis of test results and market trends to help drive and support business decisions
• Provide input to recommendations based on analysis completed.
• Lead special projects to help drive a culture of innovation across Liberty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in business, economics, innovation or similar field plus minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Solid analytical, organization, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and analysis.
• Creative thinker, intellectually curious, and interested in emerging technologies and innovation trends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to operate in a start-up environment and wear multiple hats.
• Highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills.
