Job Description
The Employment Branding Consultant will assist the Employment Branding & Recruitment Marketing team with managing Allstates internal and external employment brand. including:
- Executing on integrated recruitment marketing campaigns and events
- Leading small-medium employer branding projects
- Social media and long form (blog, presentations) content production
- Talent campaign performance & brand reputation reporting
- Consulting with Recruiters, Sourcers and other HR professionals in marketing consulting requests, planning and execution
- Leading Multimedia/Production work with our agency and internal resources, employment branding videos and employee photo shoots. Recommends participants and images/clips/sound-bites to leverage in employee recruitment marketing collateral efforts
- Assisting in the development of Allstates recruiting information library (company/leader accolades, volunteer efforts, etc), identify and recommend content that would be pertinent to prospective employees that could be shared to various marketing channels, including social, keep warm email messaging, and print collateral
- Ensuring all external employment brand collateral/messaging is consistent and within brand voice via regular audits and scheduled recruitment media partner meetings (ex. Indeed, TheMuse, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analyzing data to draw insights, make recommendations and influence decisions.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (marketing or communications concentration preferred)
- 2 years of advertising, recruitment marketing, or integrated marketing communications and consultation experience
- Agency experience or client-side experience working with creative advertising agencies including project kick-off, creative project development, campaign management and creative review experience
- Strong creative and business communication (written, verbal, creative and presentation) skills
- Strong Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) skills
- Intermediate - Advanced user of content management, candidate/customer relationship management and analytics (Google Analytics, programmatic advertising) tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with external and internal partners
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) experience not required, but preferred
