Growing P&C Insurance Agency has an immediate need for a Client Integrator/Agency Bill Associate.
This position wears two hats:
The first is to create client portal access, populate client portal with account and policy information/documents and train clients to better utilize the portal. The goal is to continue to improve client satisfaction.
The second hat is that this person will assist the Agency Bill Specialist in policy renewals for Agency Billed Clients. This is a very Client Focused position.
Must be able to work with a diverse team. Requirements: P&C License; Minimum of 2-3 years Commercial Lines experience; Strong customer service, organizational and multi-tasking skills; Must be technically savvy and possess strong communication skills; Ability to work within a diverse team environment.
