Job Description
The Cancellations Analyst will provide support to the cancellation team members, as well as individuals from other AORs with resolution of issues or concerns relating to policy cancellations. Other responsibilities may include assisting in managing the daily work flow within the team to ensure work is completed timely, staying on top of updates and providing clear direction to the team regarding changes, and assisting with various projects and rollouts within the department as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Reassigns work flow as business needs dictate, I.e. when a team member has to suspend daily cancellation processing to prepare manual checks, lender requests and dealer out of business research.
- Ensures that work flow is pushed to team members to process.
- Responds to any 2nd level escalated inquiries.
- Works across Operations AORs and all Company AORs including Compliance and Legal.
- Training
- Tests and reviews any procedure changes that affects the Cancellations Area.
- Serves as manager in managers absence
- Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor/manager

Job Qualifications
- Team lead or industry specific training.
- Minimum High School combined with work experience. Preferred Associates Degree or more advanced.
- 3-5 years work experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. If internal knowledge of SAP, APACS, XYCOR, CMS, SCS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to make decisions based on experience and understanding to processes and policies
