This space is constantly growing and adapting to better serve consumer needs and encompasses many exciting projects and opportunities. As an Digital Analyst, you will focus on the eService space, which is an online customer service portal utilized by millions of Liberty Mutual customers to pay bills, modify policies, and access policy documents.  You will perform analysis focused on customer interaction with the various eService tools on Liberty Mutual.com and within Mobile Apps to further optimize existing capabilities and expand new functionality. Analysis will center on ways to drive customer adoption, usage, and NPS while driving operational savings across a variety of digital projects. Your work will align with agile teams and you will partner with several cross functional teams.  Responsibilities: 

• Conduct in depth analyses of eService performance across a variety of strategic online and mobile projects, and present recommendations to team members, product owners, and senior management.
• Analyze the efficiency of customer actions and the results of optimization and testing efforts. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business results.
• Analyze variances in KPI's, present analysis to stakeholders, and develop monitoring of performance versus plan.
• Analyze web site performance to gauge results of site enhancements and provide data-driven business insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of related experience
• Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, influencing, and leadership skills
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with experience preparing and delivering presentations for a wide range of audiences
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting or competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
• Web analytics experience is a plus, a strong interest in digital is necessary
• Experience in Excel with SAS or SQL a plus
