Job Details
- Drive Strategic planning of broad reach media tactics (TV, Radio, Out of Home, Sponsorships).
- Partner with and strategically guide the media buying agency, which consists of ~30 agency employees. Responsibilities include; setting project goals and priorities, day-to-day project management, building and maintaining a strong relationship.
- Analyze campaign results to determine effectiveness, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate across marketing analytics and the media agency to develop and implement new marketing campaigns and robust measurement plans.
- Value and assess current and prospective media opportunities.
- Financial management of the large broad reach media budget. Responsibilities include; financial planning and forecasting.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Support stakeholders through reporting of key business metrics and ad-hoc data requests.
- Keep abreast of cutting edge research and analytical tools in the market to inform learning agenda (e.g. addressable TV, VOD, audience-based-buying etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, marketing, mathematics, economics, statistics, or other related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance, marketing, management consulting, advertising, or other analytical field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external partners
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data manipulation (e.g. SQL, SAS)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group
- Ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting or competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
