Licensed Customer Service Representative
Growing independent Erie insurance agency in need of courteous, professional yet fun, and knowledgeable CSR's to help service an expanding agency.
It is preferred that applicants have a P&C license, but in lieu of a license, experience in the insurance field is necessary with the knowledge that applicant will get a license within 6 months. If not already held by applicant, a Life & Health license will eventually be necessary.
We have aggressively doubled our commercial book of business, so CSR positions are available in both personal lines and commercial. Responsibilities include: policy reviews, updating current client files, marketing for new accounts, quoting new prospects, claims reporting, and assisting with general office duties.
No cold calling or quotas, so no pressure! We're paperless, so knowledge of EZLynx or similar agency management system is preferred, but not necessary. Oh and by the way... we're very family oriented and love to have staff lunches together, so... the more employees, the more birthday luncheons!
Finally, applicant must be professional, but enjoy life and have a fun personality. We're serious about insurance and treating our customers with the respect and service they deserve, but life's too short to be all work and no play, so we're pretty laid back.
