Advance your career at Liberty Mutual - A Fortune 100 Company! The Growth Insights team within GRM Product - Economics is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Product Analysis. This person will focus on driving meaningful growth outcomes for select markets in the East and West regions. As part of this role, responsibilities will include providing metric expertise and insight to senior leadership, enhancing our forecasting capabilities for key metrics and initiatives and partnering with markets to evaluate Product planning inputs and improving overall confidence in our plan. The role will be expected to build significant knowledge of his/her  assigned markets and establish strong relationships with members of the in-country product team. the role will report directly to the Growth Insights Manager. Responsibilities:

• Conducts medium to high complexity analysis under general direction.
• Drive development of key metrics for inclusion reporting.
• Develop forecasting capabilities for key growth metrics (elasticity, retention, competitiveness).
• Influence country market product strategy through recommendation-driven analytics and robust research.
• Build strong relationships and lead frequent, two-way communication with in-country team members and functional subject matter experts.
• Act as primary East & West Economics point of contact for global Data Office.
• Continually improve process support increased efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
• Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate highly analytical and complex concepts to a broad audience.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills with proven ability to influence leaders across the organization.
• Strong knowledge of product offerings, business processes, product line systems, underwriting rules, pricing plans and databases.
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts and financial and operational metrics.
