  • Perform detailed planning and project support including work breakdown structure, estimates, status reporting and project closeout specific to test or automation initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with developers, test engineers and architects to author and promote product level test strategy and plan artifacts that support the implementation of shift-left testing and white box/gray box testing objectives. 
  • Analyze system and application architecture and identify additional testing entry points to reduce product risk. 
  • Perform complex analysis of business and technical requirements and specifications. 
  • Develop and execute varying types of complex test cases including service level, component, functional, regression, automation, performance, mobile, and end-to-end. 
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis of system defects and conduct impact analysis. 
  • Provide detailed status reporting, metrics and execution dashboards. 
  • Implement risk-based testing to align the testing effort with business risks and complexities. 
  • Analyze testing product risks and communicate mitigation options to stakeholders. 
  • Perform holistic system performance analysis and testing.

Qualifications:

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as a Test Engineer, or in a related technical occupation. The position requires demonstrable knowledge of each of the following: Test Automation concepts and strategy; Selenium; Javascript; Agile methodology; and behavior-driven development concepts and test-driven development concepts.
