Advance your Career at Liberty Mutual Insurance - A Fortune 100 Company  Liberty Mutual's Marketing Analytics group is looking for an experienced analyst to join the DRC Compensation team. In this role, you will support the Direct Response Center through designing and monitoring the variable incentive plans for 1,200 Sales Advisors, Supervisors and Managers. Although a strong analytical mindset is required, you will have the unique opportunity to blend data with an understanding of human behavior to create motivating sales incentives.   The ideal candidate is able to provide an objective, data driven assessment of new and existing programs while also considering innovative ways of improving them. You will have the opportunity to present findings to various levels of Senior Management within DRC and Marketing and have the ability to influence compensation strategy, a key driver of growing our $2B operation.   Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct analyses of varying complexity to quantify the effectiveness of current incentives and estimate the impact of potential changes
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, TE&S and DRC teams to design, model and implement compensation plans that align with an evolving business strategy
  • Assess performance of the DRC and research underlying business drivers to inform monthly target setting process
  • Provide reporting and insights to front line DRC managers on key metrics tied to the compensation plans
  • Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Support stakeholders through compensation changes by developing clear and concise communication materials, creating scenario modeling tools, and occasional travel to our three call centers in FL, TX and AZ.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as: Mathematics, Economics, Business or Finance
  • 4-6 years of analytics experience in jobs with progressive responsibility
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data manipulation (e.g. SQL, SAS)
  • Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, communication, and organizational skills
