The Agency Capabilities and Programs team's purpose is to help agents grow. Our team is charged to identify, pilot and deploy programs to increase new business and drive higher retention. The team oversees and delivers our Marketing Workshop combining Bricks & Clicks digital marketing training along with Customers For Life relationship marketing training, our Marketer Development Program, Your role: Today we have well established agent growth programs. We have also recently added responsibility for business lines programs. While most of our programs transition well between personal and business lines, we're looking for someone to step in to help us find additional new programs to help in business lines, and organize the bundle of current and future program options. To do so we need to invigorate the business lines programs with new services, new features and new benefits for our agents. You will work cross functionally with key business partners to identify new features, develop and deploy pilot programs and help identify scalable solutions to drive to market. You will then work with program teams, marketing, technology, analytics and other functions to make these enhancements come to life. Example of work includes:
- Own the pilot process that identifies new business lines pilots and opportunities, then work with cross functional teams to pilot and test the viability of the concept in the marketplace. You will help deploy a plan that operationalizes the new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with key agency program owners to identify cross promotional alignment opportunities between the Gold service center and the Commercial service center to drive agent adoption and increase enrollments.
- Collaborating with agents and key business partners to identify emerging needs and build them into the business lines program options.
- Able to thrive in a cross-functional environment and possess the right mix of poise, intellect, and energy to inspire confidence and move enhancements forward
- Enjoy learning and ultimately mastering internal processes to identify enhancements
- Curious, inquisitive and loves to drive change
- Quick to adapt and navigate around budget, time, and resource constraints as needed

- Willing to roll up their sleeves and make change happen.
- Lead cross-functional effort with program, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to bring enhancements to life in a timely manner and on budget
- Support business and technology teams to define, design, architect, implement and operate enhancements
- Conducts field market research and partners with agency panel groups and internal groups to continually identify and review program enhancements
- Regularly share project status, escalate issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed with Director and Executive Leadership Team
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of relevant business lines insurance experience (project / program management, marketing, consulting, business case development, familiarity with independent agent channel sales environment, insurance or financial services industry experience)
- High degree of adaptability and previous experience using influence / persuasion skills in a matrixed environment
- Excellent interpersonal / soft skills. Top notch storyteller and communicator.
- Passion for change, challenging the status quo and an ability to engage others
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, Masters a plus
