AAA Tidewater is currently seeking an Insurance Service Representative to work in our Chesapeakeoffice.

The Insurance Service Representative provides high quality service to members and insureds regarding changes in insurance policies, renewal information, and billing statements. They quote insurance rates, qualify applicants, and verify/enter new business applications and related documents. Representatives also resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment. Representatives are also responsible for handling accounting problems and correspondence. In addition, representatives type letters, forms, cards, rush escrows, and evidence of insurance.

Qualifications

• A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, proven sales techniques and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships. Adaptability to change and meet deadlines is required.

   

  
  Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
  
  Experience:

• Proven Sales Ability
• Prior insurance experience preferred
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Current P&C License
• Must be able to work M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
