Job Description
The Business Process Consultant Analyst II is responsible for supporting the Case Coordinator & UW Support division through the implementation of consulting on projects through data gathering, analysis and research. Acts as a resource for team members which may include providing training, representing the team on projects and compliance regulations, assisting in resolving complex problems and/or identifying process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates understanding of business unit and/or industry systems, processes and requirements.
- Applies a fundamental knowledge of programs, policies, and procedures in a business area or technical field gained through experience and training.
- Provides process and system expertise relevant to AOR to support various internal or regulatory audits.
- Understands integration points of work processes and risks associated with integration points within own work area. Communicates those integration points and risks to stakeholders so decisions can be made on direction of projects.
- Acts as a resource to team members provides training, support, and helps resolve complex problems.
- Utilizes appropriate tools and technology to enable virtual partnerships and training.
- Understands the business unit cost structure and components that impact profitability and operational efficiencies.
- Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures.
- Resolves problems requiring broad based analysis and makes solution recommendations to stakeholders to ensure projects/processes are on track to completion.
- Organizes and records research findings.
- Provides standard documentation in support of consulting initiatives with direction.
- Applies working knowledge of professional, regulatory and technical standards to meet internal/external business partners and stakeholders needs when reviewing and analyzing requests to take on additional business initiatives in their area of expertise.
- Presents facts and information in team and business meetings, clearly articulates pros and cons of options Develops and maintains ongoing partnerships with vendors and business units outside of their own through regular business meetings to promote collaborative and transparent relationships.

- Utilizes process expertise to oversee adherence to quality, timeliness, and compliance requirements for processes across global footprint.
- Ensures successful completion of projects.
- Participates as a resource on projects.
- May coordinate project activities such as implementation, training, documentation, communication, and end-to-end testing prior to going into production.
- Uses appropriate tools and techniques to meet project deliverables
- May write business cases for specific process or projects using standard templates.
- Initiates and supports business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services.
- Identifies prospective opportunities for process improvement.
- Assists in process redesign activities.
- Works under general direction, guided by assignment objectives to simplify, automate, analyze and streamline business processes that will reduce costs and improve processing or project quality; can assume responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work.
- May train peers and colleagues.
- Coordinates and conducts training of support processes for new and existing representatives.
- Maintains process knowledge to effectively transfer information.
- Proactively identifies areas requiring training.
- Gives and receives constructive formal/informal coaching and feedback based upon observed and/or recorded performance.
- Provides Records Information Management (RIM) oversight and expertise.
Job Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Has training or light experience facilitating meetings and processes.
- Demonstrates the ability to anticipate, identify, reproduce, and resolve simple problems in area of specialty, including business, process and technical problems.
- Effectively communicates technical and business ideas and information to others, including non-technical audiences.
