As a member of the Strategic Revenue Generation (SRG) team you will provide specialized expertise and consultative support for high priority initiatives generating nontraditional revenue (NTR) within our Marketing, Direct and Digital (MD&D) Organization and Distribution & Service (D&S) Organization via the Choice Programs.    This position will support a new team with the goal of overseeing all financial operations work streams (revenue reconciliation, third-party/agent compensation, and financial accounting) while playing a lead role in managing our automation efforts for all programs under SRG.  The team will also be responsible for identifying and delivering on key opportunities to improve our current business processes around agency management and agent support.  This is an opportunity to develop and demonstrate project management and technical skills on high-visibility initiatives delivering measurable value to the organization.   Responsibilities:
  • Support the team to manage our automation, efficiency and compliance efforts for all programs including revenue reconciliation and accounting, reporting automation, dashboard development, and compensation automation for agents and third parties.
    • Assist to build and maintain operational processes around client onboarding and accounting set up for new partners and assist in processing of non-standard setups within established SLAs
    • Identify opportunities to prioritize and automate internal data-dependent operational processes
    • Work as part of a cross functional team to develop processes to ensure accurate and timely payments are made to all partners and suppliers
    • Assist to build and maintain relevant documentation and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Internal Audit and Finance
  • Assist the broader team and work with remote supportstaff to prioritize new work streams to support admin/tactical activities for all Choice programs
  • Support the team to build internal capabilities and expertise to manage Agency management systems (AMS).
    • Assist in initial set up and ongoing maintenance of data extracts with technology partners and carriers
    • Create data feeds for analysis and reporting and provide ad hoc support to establish new and improve existing workflows for the Choice agency
    • Aid in the evaluation, development and implementation of new and existing business processes and recommend changes/improvements of varying scope, partnering with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and comfort navigating ambiguity with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner with an appropriate level of detail, empathy and professionalism
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and working knowledge of database systems
  • Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
  • Be organized and can effectively balance various tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting or competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
