Large insurance carrier has an immediate opening for a Compliance Analyst in their Sarasota office. The primary role of this position is to ensure all business operations are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities also include:
•Monitoring changes to state insurance procedures and practices
•Maintaining agency appointments and licensing
•Performing regular reviews of data reporting errors
Qualifications and Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree required; industry designations preferred
•3 + years of experience in a compliance role
•Ability to stay current on state laws and regulations
