AAR Service Specialists assist with Approved Auto Repair facility inspections; monitoring and enforcing program criteria and contract provisions. 
Certification by Automotive Service Excellence (A.S.E.) required.
Ensures adherence to program criteria and contract provisions per National and Club expectations.       Salary Range is $47,400 to $50,000.

*  Solicits new facilities that will partner with AAA's Approved Auto Repair program   

*  Inspects facilities annually ensuring ongoing integrity of AAR program.  

*  Oversees assigned affiliates to provide cost effective attainment of prescribed service expectations ensuring 95% member satisfaction.  

*  Responsible for the timely investigation and resolution of all member inquiries within 48 hours.  

*  Analyzes, coordinates and formulates accurate reports on AAR related data within agreed upon time frames.  

*  Responsible for implementing plans which improve efficiency and service delivery while reducing costs. 

Qualifications

?  High school diploma or equivalent required. 

?  Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with AAA members and staff, and facility personnel. 

?  Up-to-date technical understanding of automobiles required. 

?  Three years education, experience, and training in the automotive service industry desired. 

?  Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision. 

?  Certification by Automotive Service excellence (A.S.E.) 

• PC literacy including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Basic understanding of database programs and software preferred.
• Must possess and maintain valid State vehicle drivers' license.
• Satisfactory Criminal Search, Drug Screening and BMV Record required
