AAA East Central is looking for an individual to join our Office Services and Facilities team as a Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) Facilities Coordinator at our East Liberty branch office in Pittsburgh, PA. Hours of operation for the job are Monday-Friday on the daylight shift with occasional weekends (3 per year) when special work projects are needed. Traveling to local AAA branch offices for facility work is required while using a company vehicle. Compensation begins at $15.13 per hour. Excellent company benefits included and are listed below. Responsibilities:
- Inspects building HVAC software daily for problems and reviews all other Facility requests and Maintenance/Security logs while meeting with Office Services Manager to prioritize tasks and requests
- Coordinates and performs internal and external maintenance and repair duties for all assigned Club properties regarding electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural, grounds care and other preventative maintenance
- Works with external vendors to coordinate housekeeping, security, landscaping, extermination, HVAC, floor mats and other building services
- Routinely visits assigned branch office locations to evaluate the condition of significant items such as HVAC units, parking lots, roof, interior/exterior paint, carpeting, flooring and office furniture
- Performs warehouse shipping/receiving, mail sorting and delivery, issuance of employee security badges, maintenance of building key control, Club vehicle maintenance, warehouse inventory, loading dock clean-up, snow plowing and salting on an as needed basis
- Maintains all Facilities' equipment and tools while keeping organized and in good working condition as well as recommending new inventory
- Maintains a current knowledge of all safety requirements including OSHA regulations while following safety guidelines on the job
- Assists with budgeting, documenting purchases, and providing input on office relocation, expansion and renovation
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Additional training in at least one or more mechanical-related fields (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, etc.) required
- Ability to personally make repairs to various electrical, plumbing, HVAC and/or general repairs at club properties as required
- PC literacy including experience with word processing and spreadsheet software required
- Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have valid state driver's license and pass a DMV check
- Must be familiar with warehouse equipment including tow motors, electronic pallet jacks and electric over hydraulic man lifts
- Multi-tasking skills and strong teamwork abilities required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, floor plans and other Facility systems plans and renderings preferred
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
