Job Details
This Accounting Specialist I position processes data entry of a mid-heavy volume of both PO and Non-PO Invoices via Oracle Accounts Payable Subsystem. In addition, work load includes auditing and processing Expense Reimbursement Reports through Chrome River.
Responsibilities:
Communication via e-mail and phone with internal and external customers
Receive and distribute mail.
Filing; other office duties; and special assignments as directed.
This is primarily an office position, with approximately 95% of the time spent using a computer.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Type minimum of 45 words per minute, with excellent accuracy.
- 10-key by touch.
- Ability to read, understand, and logically apply Company policies and procedures, with training and under supervision.
- Experience in business accounting software such as Oracle, SAP preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.
