Job Description
Regional Marketing Agency Field Support partners with Allstate Exclusive Agencies to help them grow their business and improve customer loyalty through strategic local marketing planning strategies and programs. Through this partnership we strengthen our corporate purpose to help people realize their hopes and dreams through products and services designed to protect them from life's uncertainties and to prepare them for the future.
A Field Sr. Consultant I supports business growth and improved customer loyalty at the local level through moderately complex and occasionally complex marketing program implementation and agency consultation. The FSCI applies professional judgment, knowledge and experience to lead moderately complex projects and implement nationalized and local programs for the region.
Key Responsibilities
Program execution
- Lead the implementation of Home Office delivered marketing programs
- Develop detailed Regional project plans, timelines and measurements
- Project manage moderately complex and occasionally complex marketing programs/Customer Experience projects and initiatives
- Manage various integrated communication and marketing activities
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of moderately complex and occasionally complex local marketing programs
- Partners with Home Office Marketing teams to deliver programs on time and in accordance with budget
Agency engagement and education
- Conduct Marketing & Customer Experience consultations
- Gather field/agency input on local marketing programs
- Prepare and deliver dynamic marketing presentations on regional, market-driven topics
- Lead the communication and presentation of marketing programs and initiatives to agencies
- Conduct group, & one-to-one communication/education webinars with new and established agents
- Participate as marketing subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams as requested
Administration
- Strictly adhere to local program budget
Measurement
- Assist the RAMM in the identification of local marketing opportunities
- Track and communicate local program results and potential needs for agency engagement
- Track regional Marketing Trends and Opportunities
- Analyze local program results to recommend and identify trends/potential needs for improved program performance and improved agency engagement
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with marketing concentration preferred
- 4+ years of Marketing or related business experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Intermediate Marketing & Customer Experience knowledge
- Intermediate insurance industry knowledge
- Intermediate organization and project/program management skills
- Intermediate communication skills
- Intermediate meeting facilitation skills
- Intermediate presentation development & delivery skills
- Intermediate relationship management and leadership skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Intermediate proficiency in online meeting solutions (e.g., WebEx)
