GAINSCO Auto Insurance markets non-standard private passenger automobile products through retail agencies in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Utah, and Tennessee. GAINSCO Auto Insurance has fully integrated insurance capabilities, including marketing, underwriting, customer service and claims handling. Our operations are bilingual (English/Spanish).

Job Purpose: Act as a primary support for all facility related issues for professional company occupying six floors of a high rise office in Uptown Dallas.

Results Expected and Duties Performed

40%

Prepare, reconcile, and ensure that invoices have been paid. Manage and maintain current, future contract for Operations. Manage and reconcile monthly expenses, and budget. Organizes and supervises department events.

30%

Coordination of all inter-office people moves, maintain all facility supplies for entire company as well as office supplies for the Operation Department. Engage and coordinate with vendors that support the premises. Conducts weekly/monthly tours and inspections to identify potential issues and reports issues to Property Management.

Other duties as required but not limited to managing senior executive expenses and other duties for the senior Executive.

  • Regular attendance including minimal nights, and weekends during large office projects (Overtime, and weekends)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Facilities Management at entry level or 1-3 years previous administrative office experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment as well as work independently

  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be willing to work evenings, and weekends, when required

Education:

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to gather and analyze information in order to evaluate results and choose the best solution to the problem.

  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement.

  • Negation Skills

  • Manage and prioritize workloads

  • Ensures all supply orders are placed in a timely manner.

  • Be safety conscious on a constant basis

  • Prepare and maintain various departments

  • Comply with sourcing directive.

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
