Job Summary

As part of the Marketing Insights team, you will be responsible for working with the new products team on agile research approaches to support product innovation research initiatives.  You will work closely with the new products and marketing teams to deliver fast, detailed, quality data results to aid in product decision making programs.  You will also help coordinate and develop research databases to include prior research, establish benchmarks and develop dashboards.   You will primarily utilize quantitative research methodologies, along with some qualitative to best meet business needs in executing consumer research.  You will utilize research platforms and tools to provide customer sample files, extract and analyze data, interpret results, and present findings.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage agile quantitative market research projects, within timeline and budgets, including working closely with stakeholders in Solaria Labs to review all operational components of projects
• Respond to and keep records of stakeholder interactions and data requests, recording details of timing, costs and actions taken
• Performs quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy and perform data analysis
• Prepares reports and presentations in easy to understand formats for stakeholders
• Coordinates and develops the ongoing concept testing process for new product ideas being developed across all innovation streams by creating databases that house historical information, benchmarking data and easy to use dashboards. 
• Develop an understanding of our stakeholders' business issues and the workstreams in which they operate

• Support the Director and Innovation Analyst on ad-hoc projects and requirements

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics or other related field.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required
• Must be detail-oriented, a fast learner, a team player and technologically savvy
• Strong quantitative analysis, problem solving, and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Qualtrics is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance a plus
