Job Details

The Littleton Group has an immediate opening for an experienced insurance professional with the ability supervise adjusters handling first and third party automobile claims. Primary duties include training, providing direction, implementing procedures as directed by management, auditing files for quality assurance and providing strict oversight of claim team.

Requirements include:

  • Candidate must have a 4 year bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Candidate will need previous experience handling or supervising both BI and PD claims
  • Candidate must be well-versed in Florida PIP
  • Ability to work in a high-volume work environment
  • Adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality, and professionalism while dealing with claim information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
