Commercial Account Manager

We’re currently partnered with a thriving national broker that is looking for a SR. Service Account Representative their Dallas Office.  

The SR. ASR will Assist MAE and producer in sales, marketing and servicing of new and renewal business. Effectively manage a book of business containing selected accounts encompassing a high level of expertise and service to the client. Serve as back-up to ASR Supervisor during vacations, absences, etc. Mentor with Team Support and assist the ASR Supervisor in procedural training of new employees.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Needs at least 2+ years of commercial lines insurance experience in an agency/broker setting
• Must have a Texas P&C license
• College Degree preferred
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
• Strong proofing, editing, and grammar skills; overall attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client relation skills, service orientation and sense of urgency
