Claims Adjuster - Litigation

Questpro has an exciting new opportunity in Portland OR Area. Our insurance client is looking for an outstanding Senior Liability Litigation Adjuster.

To succeed, you will need to have:

• Seven plus years of experience handling complex litigated files to include experience in: General Liability, Commercial Auto, Transportation, Heavy Equipment, Construction Defect
• Experience with coverage analysis, ROR Letters, Declination of Coverage, and in-depth understanding of contracts (JD would be helpful)
• Ability to travel on an as need basis to mediations/hearings
• You must have transportation to location as this is an in-office position - NO REMOTE
