We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our team! This is a great opportunity for entry level candidates looking for career growth!

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday 8:30AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

  • Sort, package and posting of all documents in a timely fashion
  • Pick up of all outgoing mail throughout the company's various departments
  • Processing of outgoing supply request for producers
  • Run Additional Driver Discovery reports/MVR/UDIS
  • Back up to the receptionist
  • Processing "special delivery" type items
  • Monitor fax machines and printers
  • Scanning/missing page report/QC Verifying
  • Lift 40 to 50 pounds routinely
  • Blue Renewal offers
  • Opening/Sorting mail
  • Print Batch
  • Operate standard mail room machines
  • Contribute as need be to the overall success of American Access Casualty Company

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required and some college preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required
  • Customer-focused orientation modeling patience and empathy
  • Strong organizational skills including time management and delegation
  • Assertive and motivating individual
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with individuals from all backgrounds
