Inviting applications for the role of Licensed Liability Adjuster, Bodily Injury

 In this role, you will be responsible for the management of independent adjuster assignments involving negligence investigation and bodily injury claim resolution. This role is responsible for managing quality assurance, performance, and training activates with field adjusters, clients, attorneys, and medical providers. The position is involved in developing and implementing on-going strategies, enhancing processes, materials, and communication tools. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.

• Strong customer service skills

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills

• Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day to day basis for clients/      insured

• Ability to meet and document strict timelines for review and upload of work product

• Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application

• Advanced knowledge and experience in evaluating bodily injury claims for non-represented and represented claimants.  Experience handling injury exposures up to and exceeding $250,000

• Advanced knowledge and experience in evaluating bodily injury claims for non-represented and represented claimants across multiple jurisdictions.  Deep knowledge of venues and their regulatory and case laws to ensure Best Claim Practice compliance.

• Litigation Management of disputed Bodily Injury claims a plus

• Knowledge, prior experience in the property damage settlement process to assist as needed to best mitigate bodily injury exposures

 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office  (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Maintain adjuster license (s) as required by state regulations
 

Preferred qualifications
• College Diploma or commensurate work experience
• Minimum 12 years previous Bodily Injury Liability Claims handling with multi-state experience.
