Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is currently seeking an intern to support the Regulatory Affairs Department. As an intern you will be learning key fundamental business skills. You will be working in an incredibly fast moving business, and have the opportunity to make valuable contributions.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who is organized, focused, and has the ability to work on different projects at one time. The intern will be expected to complete specific tasks on a daily basis, along with completing additional projects as they arise. The daily tasks include assisting the AVP of Regulatory Affairs with managing the disparate department responses and with keeping track of licensing activities.
QualificationsAble to work part time up to 32 hours per week
Prefer a student pursing a college degree in political science or someone why may want to attend law school
Excellent communications skills, organizational & research capabilities.
