Currently seeking a Premium Audit Technician Trainee who will learn to effectively evaluate and process insurance premium audits received from Field Auditors and respond to related customer inquiries. This developmental program will allow you to become an expert at frequently communicating with auditors, outside auditing firms, agents, policyholders, in-house teammates and ISO/NCCI, and obtain a solid grasp of workers' compensation and general liability classification codes and manual rules.
Qualifications
* Two years of work experience preferably in the insurance industry
* Excellent verbal communication and consultative customer service skills
* Intermediate business writing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to perform technical research
* An analytical mindset
