LMI Technology is searching for a passionate agile practitioner and servant leader with a strong track record of delivering large, complex enterprise programs.  This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

About the role:

• Coordinating Agile software delivery and large vendor implementation across multiple technology product teams and 3rd party implementation partners
• Facilitate cross-team planning events and align release schedules
• Design metrics to effectively measure and track success towards implementation
• Manage risks and dependencies, escalate impediments and provide input on resourcing to remove bottlenecks from teams
• Facilitate solution demonstrations
• Management of the program steering committee and executive stakeholder engagement
• Written and in person executive level status reporting to C-level leadership across Liberty Mutual

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or related experience; Master's Degree preferred. Generally more than 10 years related experience with 5 years in leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience having managed multiple large, complex, mulit-year ($10M+) investment IT programs using Agile (scrum, kanban)
• Expert level scrum master
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with C-suite executvies
• Vendor and budget management skills
• Coach, influence and negotiate effectively, successfully navigate the business and technology organization to meet program objectives
• Experience with test automation strategies and practices
• Experience engaging front, middle and back office investment leaders
• Specific experience with large investment platform implementations and migrations
• Investment accounting platform experience (specifically, SimCorp Dimension) ideal
