The Product Support Operations team within GRM Product Operations is actively searching for the right individual to join their team! As a Senior Analyst, you will creatively develop and re-engineer business solutions to improve business results and operational effectiveness. This will also include evaluating business requirements of larger more complex projects. Leads projects or sub projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Through the use of Agile, LEAN (LMS) and Scrum methodologies, works with a cross functional team to address business problems through implementation of efficient future state designs.
  • Applies technical expertise to develop or enhance business critical applications that align with business priorities and objectives.
  • Identifies business processes to review. Performs complex research by gathering data from a variety of sources, which may include operational data, metrics, competitor information and feedback from business partners.
  • Builds the business case from making changes to current practices, programs or procedures. Conducts current state assessments, opportunity assessment, cost/benefit analysis, feasibility assessment, etc.
  • Partners with stakeholders on design, testing, implementation and evaluation of business process changes or a portion of a larger initiative  (e.g., major area within a function).
  • May provide guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated capabilities with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, Azure Cloud Services).
  • Strong research, problem solving, analytical critical thinking, influencing, relationship management and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies. General knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
  • Knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
  • Solid communication skills for exchanging routine and non-routine information  (verbally and in writing) with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
