Job Description

The Client Analytics Analyst will utilize multiple databases to extract relevant customer information. The analyst will consolidate the data in a presentable format that is accurate, concise, and informative. In addition, the analyst will assist in streamlining Stewardship Reports for our clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on customer data
  • Transforms data into actionable strategic insights and recommendations to optimize customer experience
  • Provides analysis support for cross-functional strategic projects spanning client services, sales, and finance
  • Create reports in Excel and dashboards in Qlik to disseminate data across all levels of the organization
  • Ensures quality and timeliness of deliverables that meet expectations while balancing business needs with the appropriate level of analytical rigor
  • Provides insights to support senior management with decision making
  • Identifies growth opportunities based on current customer trends

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Modest levels of engagement on daily activities. Direction will be provided for interaction with the sales organization and leadership.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED: There are no direct reports for this role.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or similar

EXPERIENCE:

  • Professional experience is preferred
  • 0-3 years in analysis work preferred

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Tableau/Qlik experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
