Account Executive Employee Benefits Consultant Naples / Ft Myers

Top Insurance Agency has an immediate need to fill an Employee Benefits Consultant role for their growing agency. This position is open due to growth and qualified candidates must have 5+ years in the benefits space with a consultative personality, strong focus on customer service and will be responsible for the retention of accounts. Ideal candidate will have a high energy level to visit clients, be comfortable making presentation to large groups and can think on their feet. This is a high level position within the agency and must be a strategic thinker that is comfortable in front of people and can work middle market accounts. In addition, the responsibilities include managing the renewal process, plan meetings, develop a health and welfare benefit programs and utilize various tools to bring added value to groups. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and insurance designations preferred.
