Job Description

Maintain customer satisfaction by service as support for the absence management operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to claimant by:
    • Documenting absence information
    • Compiling and/or gathering information
    • Communicating absence and return to work information to specialists
    • Making reminder calls to clients
    • Appropriately and accurately document all action and factual communications in system
