Job Description

  • Uses deep understanding of objectives, issues and root causes and provides insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems.

  • Utilizes excel expertise to build financial models for reoccurring reports monthly, quarterly and annually.

  • Creates financial models, research and analyses of trends, leading indicators and business statistics Utilizes data infrastructure by extracting, aggregating, and dissecting financial data and performance metrics; highlights findings for management review.

  • Assist in developing Order to Cash analytics. Design and implementation for Order to Cash functions (Revenue, Billing, Collections Cash/AR).

  • Highly proficient in data analysis and visualization techniques and tools, Contribute to the overall improvement of processes of Billing, Collections and Cash App/AR.

  • Revenue and CBT analytics assist in analyzing DSO process.

  • Constructively communicates compelling arguments based on facts and data, and obtains necessary buy-in to deliver on business objectives.

  • Assists in the development of business cases and recommendations on financial strategies focused on business growth/market presence and margin improvement.

  • Deliberately builds capability for short and long term. Shares skills and knowledge with colleagues - helps to develop others, coaches new or more junior associates.

  • Produces and distributes recurring and ad hoc management reports.

  • Responsible for financial reporting accuracy; partners with shared services organizations and ensures adequate control environment to mitigate financial and business risks in collaboration with process owners.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors OR a Masters degree in Finance

10+ years accounting or financial analysis experience

5+ years data mining/modeling experience

Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is desired

Well adept in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access and Word
