Job Description

• Define the business problem, primary objectives, and definition of done on all initiatives.
• Accurate assessment of risks associated with defined project deliverable's.
• Translation of requirements to standard IT hand-off documents.
• Coordinate and implement user acceptance tests.
• Provide transparency to all parties and manage the expectations of stakeholders.
• Identify and manage change, resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule.
• Work as a change agent within the organization to help facilitate new directions
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, break high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from true needs.
• Perform research projects; support VP, Product & Technology as needed.
• Demand triage; follow up on incoming client and user requests to provide feedback and solutions in a timely manner.
• Recommend and implement ongoing process improvements and participate in root cause analysis
• Update business critical and system documentation as necessary.
• Miscellaneous support of users including training, reports, query tools and research.
• Analyze various business processes to create a complete value stream mapped picture of process life-cycles and workflows.
• Create user sustainable solutions
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years project management or business analysis experience.
