Job Description
- Define the business problem, primary objectives, and definition of done on all initiatives.
- Accurate assessment of risks associated with defined project deliverable's.
- Translation of requirements to standard IT hand-off documents.
- Coordinate and implement user acceptance tests.
- Provide transparency to all parties and manage the expectations of stakeholders.
- Identify and manage change, resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule.
- Work as a change agent within the organization to help facilitate new directions
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, break high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from true needs.
- Perform research projects; support VP, Product & Technology as needed.
- Demand triage; follow up on incoming client and user requests to provide feedback and solutions in a timely manner.
- Recommend and implement ongoing process improvements and participate in root cause analysis
- Update business critical and system documentation as necessary.
- Miscellaneous support of users including training, reports, query tools and research.
- Analyze various business processes to create a complete value stream mapped picture of process life-cycles and workflows.
- Create user sustainable solutions
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in information systems or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years project management or business analysis experience.
