Claims Resolution Manager

Ag Workers Insurance Company in Ft Worth, TX is expanding it's business by offering TPA services in the Non Standard Private Passenger Automobile through its subsidiary, Worth Claims Services, and is seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Manager with prior TX Non Standard experience. 

As a Resolution Claims Manager you will oversee a team of Resolution Specialists assigned to handle private passenger auto first party and third party claims.  You will be responsible for supervising the entire claims process including first notice of loss, total loss, subrogation, coverage and determining liability while maintaining oversight of pending levels for staff.

You will also be responsible for handling your own pending of bodily injury claims with attorney involvement and assist in the management of litigation on assigned files.

This position requires excellent communication services in English and preferably Spanish (bi-lingual). It also requires a strong multi-tasker with ability to adapt to a changing work environment.  Strong knowledge of computers and claims systems is a must.  

Prior supervisory experience is a plus and current TX Adjuster License required

This is a full time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 4pm.  Overtime may be required on occasion.
