This critical role requires a world-class STRATEGIC & CREATIVE leader deeply steeped in modern B2B marketing practices. The individual will be responsible for working in tandem with sales leadership and regional sales teams, and delivering measurable results to drive growth of the company. You will work with smart, high-energy people in a high-velocity, team-based environment. You will report directly to the CMO.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Conceptualize, implement and optimize the marketing / sales lead funnel using industry best practices for marketing with a heavy emphasis on measurement and optimization.
- Own and manage the lead generation process and systems work hand in hand with sales leadership globally on a daily basis with an end-to-end lens to ensure achievement of joint goals for lead generation and sales.
- Manage the execution of all marketing campaigns
- Be a self-starter as part of a lean marketing organization.
- Continuous storytelling that highlights all personas in our network, through the lens of the founder and in service to internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of required metrics - use of data to drive campaigns should be second nature
- Travel up to 15%.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in B2B marketing with 10+ years of digital strategy
- Experience as a Marketing Executive with classic brand training, strong social and digital skills, a focus on media, storytelling and thought leadership.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of media, marketing, communications, public relations and events marketing activities.
- You are amazing at motivating and inspiring a team.
- Understand digital transformation and analytics technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, interactive marketing and global demand generation, with a heavy emphasis on process, measurement and analytics.
- Expertise using marketing automation tools, such as Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of and experience with demand gen third party vendors.
- Analytical orientation and analytical skills including marketing measurement and optimization.
- Proactive self-starter, highly detail oriented. Highly operational.
- Tremendous energy and drive; desire and creativity to continuously improve and push the bar higher.
- Bachelor degree required; MBA a plus
