JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Job Functions:  -         Compile daily report for management reflecting sales and projections -         Calculate and adjust employees incentive plan -         Review, research, code, and approve all bills for Fleet -         Reconcile and approve all battery invoices and statements; research and correct issues -         Monitor repair order profit levels and notify management of discrepancies -         Review cash, check and credits in Fleet drop off bags -         Coordinate safety meetings for all Fleet employees - distribute topics to managers and retrieve signed logs for placement in employee files -     Maintain employee files on all Fleet employees -     Monitor damage or accidents to Fleet trucks reports -     Various multiple clerical duties for Fleet Manager including filing, mailings, phone messages and appointment scheduling
  • Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Employee Relations & Interpersonal Skills-Must be able to understand and meet department needs and expectations.  Must use good interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and build positive relationships with them.
  • Communication Skills-Must be able to communicate in a clear, understandable, and professional manner.  This includes verbal as well as written forms of communication.
  • Problem Solving & Resource Allocation-Must be able to analyze information, identify alternatives and make sound, logical decisions.  Must also ensure that available resources are maximized. 
  • Teamwork & Cooperation-Must be able to build smooth, cooperative working relationships, assisting other team members when possible.
  • Time Management & Multi-tasking-Must be able to perform multiple tasks and use time efficiently.  Must be able to effectively deal with time pressure and cope with negative emotions as necessary.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability-Must be able to adapt to change and be flexible in adjusting approach to meet the needs of different situations.  Must be able to rotate among functions as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Skills-Must be able to use PC and have a good understanding of Windows-based programs.
