We buy, measure and optimize digital traffic from a variety of sources, using data to drive decision making and develop profitable business countrywide.

This role sits within our Aggregator and Affiliate team, and were passionate about constant innovation and forward-thinking strategies as we look to best the competition and reach new customers. As part of our team you will help define our strategy moving forward, analyzing data to find the right opportunities and implementing optimizations to impact the business in real time.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Analyzing our program data, both internal and external, to find optimization opportunities

• Managing relationships with external marketplace owners to implement changes, learn about marketplace dynamics, and capture more share of voice for Liberty Mutual

• Overseeing cross-team projects to improve tactic performance end-to-end, getting new ideas into market to push our conversion funnel forward

• Working with our internal creative team to test new ad copy with an eye toward earning more traffic for our web properties

• Reporting on program and testing performance to management, providing analysis on key drivers

• Developing and implementing complex bid management strategies based on audience data and lifetime value

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years related experience in digital marketing

• An inquisitive nature and a mind bent toward innovation

• Strong proficiency in excel, dashboard creation and pivot tables

• Familiar with Web Analytics tools, such as Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics

• Familiar with Digital Attribution concepts

• Experience using data analysis tools such as SPSS, SQL or SAS statistical programs.
