Job Details

FCCI is currently seeking a Total Loss Adjuster to join our National Claim Service Team to provide quality, timely investigation and adjustment of Commercial Auto Property Damage, CGL PD, and Garage Claims using the most cost efficient methods available while delivering superior customer service to our policyholders, agents, and claimants. The selected candidate will work from our Sarasota, FL, corporate office or regional office in Lawrenceville, GA.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year business experience with commercial or personal lines claims or six months as Claim Adjuster Trainee
  • Intermediate knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims procedures, contracts, rules, and systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of automobile repair techniques and interpreting written damage appraisals
  • Intermediate knowledge of claim file management techniques and processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and the internet
  • Valid driver's license with clear MVR
  • Applicable Adjuster license required
