Seeking a full-time in-house Auto Liability Supervisor in our York, PA location. This position involves daily supervisory responsibility for all aspects of commercial auto physical damage and property damage liability claims arising from our specialized national product offerings. This position requires the effective oversight, direction and ongoing development of assigned staff responsible for processing and expediting claims for our insureds and claimants in a manner that reflects our corporate philosophy of exceeding customer expectations through superior service. The candidate must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, must be imaginative, self-motivated and able to make sound decisions to solve problems within his/her authority. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate strong individual leadership and teamwork skills to contribute to our ongoing development and success in achieving unit, department and company goals.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent transferrable industry experience required. Previous supervisory experience and relevant industry designations preferred. Must hold current state adjusting licenses or pass state licensing exams within an aggressive period of time.
