Are you passionate about putting customers first, and taking ownership defining their experience? As a Product Manager on the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for thinking about the customer all day, every day, and identifying how to solve their problems. You should be comfortable devising a strategy and executing that vision through a combination of iterative development and longer-term planning, using and mining customer data. You will be leading a lean team, who is focused on delivering business value by solving for our customers' needs.
 

Under limited supervision, as Product Manager you will be responsible for understanding the customer-centric, strategic roadmap and how to translate these capabilities into a product roadmap. This will require exploring customer journeys and pain points, defining capabilities, and setting measurable business targets. The role will be responsible for leading a team to deliver, measure, and iterate on capabilities.  The ideal candidate will have thought-leadership experience as well as excellent communication skills. This person should also be interested in how the digital ecosystem can help solve customer problems.
 
  • Partner with business leads to identify and define customer-centric, digital capabilities
     
  • Understand customer problems and business processes, and translate into strategic product roadmap, capabilities and feature/story level requirements with associated acceptance criteria
     
  • Drive & manage the business and technical team collaboration
     
  • Plan for and/or resolve components of the delivery process including: business readiness, legal approvals, etc.
     
  • Report back to management on results and benefits
     
  • Report back to neighbors & stakeholder groups when appropriate
     
  • Partner with analytics for reporting as it relates to expense reduction and customer experience metrics
  • 2+ years relevant experience
     
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking with a track record of delivery
     
  • Bias for action, problem-solver
     
  • Intellectually curious
     
  • Fundamental financial management / analytical skills
     
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, and supervise, train and coach team members
     
  • Ability to communicate across functions and throughout all levels of the organization
     
  • Demonstrated change management 
     
  • Experience with Customer Billing pain points, processes, and potential optimization opportunities
     
  • Experience with billing and/or payment website design
     
  • Experience in customer-centric product development with knowledge of lean principles
     
  • Demonstrated comfort across both business and technical landscape


High School diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of project management experience required.
