Assurant has an excitingopportunity for a QA Coordinator in our Florence, SC Customer Care team. Thisrole monitors and evaluates the quality of inbound and/or outbound callsto ensure compliance with company policy and guidelines. Other tasksinclude documenting quality issues and completing appropriate monitor forms andproviding feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts a minimum number of monthlymonitoring transactional reviews by reviewing documents using appropriate formsand client procedures

Provides feedback to management onteam performance and identify/ report any, compliance

or procedural issues

Schedule monthly collaborationmeetings with assigned managers

Support and assist with ongoingquality initiatives

Support newly hired training's byproviding 100% QC of work performed during a 90-day work period

Participate in Quality Assurance trainingsfor new and existing associates

Assists with refresher trainings toenhance associates skills and reinforce client procedures

Maintain effective communicationwith assigned managers and other department managers

Attend relevant training classes onnew products, processes and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diplomaor GED
  • 1 year ofauditing experience
  • 1 year oftraining experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years ofdirect processing experience in TKA 2.0, AGS or Black Knight
  • 5 years ofexperience or knowledge of insurance processing procedures
  • 4 years ofauditing experience
  • 2 years oftraining experience
