Job Summary
This position is for a member of a high performing full stack software development and engineering team. Primary responsibilities include development on all components of our web application platforms designed to provide tools and visibility into core infrastructure components. These applications and are used by IT operations and other business application development teams to observe and support their applications.

Under general supervision, demonstrates a general understanding of the activities performed
related to full stack application development, IT engineering, installation and/or operations of infrastructure technologies.

Facilitates and/or participates in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, testing, and deployment adhering to lean methodology principles

Provides support for production issues. Position has on call responsibilities 1 out of every 8 weeks.

Ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities.
This job does not manage others.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Evaluates systems specifications regarding internal customer requirements, transforming specifications into cost-effective, technically correct solutions.
Prioritizes work and manages projects within customer requirements and priorities.
Responsible for adhering to established quality control and security protocols.
Provides the division, department and business area management with timely and accurate information regarding the status and performance of the assigned project(s).
Builds, leverages, and maintains effective alliances across technical and business community.
Interacts with the team and its customers to achieve efficient, effective results.
Multi-tasks and prioritizes in accordance with business priorities and production availability requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Has an intermediate knowledge of tools and techniques required for area(s) of responsibility and a working understanding of the business that the assigned projects are supporting.
Leverages this understanding of the business and systems environment to develop appropriate and timely solutions to daily issues.
Has conceptual knowledge of varying technologies and the ability to make decisions based on that knowledge. Has thorough understanding of project staff roles, abilities and provides input to assess performance and development
needs.
Creates an atmosphere where internal customer issues are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Suggests solutions that make sense and optimize the value of assigned projects. Communicates openly and effectively in a manner consistent with the audience.
Recognizes the importance of superior quality in providing a competitive edge.
Demonstrates sound analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are loosely defined and where information is available but must be further manipulated. Once decisions are made, is able to follow and direct action to implement intended results.
Openly and directly confronts conflict until resolved. Knows how to execute to get things done.
Optimizes the use of all available resources.
Responsibilities are assigned with some latitude for setting priorities and decision making using established policies and procedures.
Results are reviewed with next level manager for clarification and direction before proceeding.
Maintains effective partnerships across the department and is able to provide management with substantive input and influence peers and project staff through an inclusive style and recognition of abilities and knowledge Planning and Project Management.


Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of experience in Technology required.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge

3 years of experience in Technology preferred.

Developing knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database, Server, Storage etc. preferred.


Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies
