Job Description
The Enterprise Learning Team is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Learning processes and programs. The team informs and leads the enterprise in all aspects of Learning processes, policies, communications and technology/systems. The team also works with and integrates processes and initiatives within Leadership Development, Talent Management (career development), and Energy for Life. Through collaboration and consulting with Talent and Leadership Effectiveness team members, business clients, HR Business Partners, and other HR resources, the Enterprise Learning Team is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategic enterprise learning solutions that are aligned with business unit strategies and enterprise-wide talent objectives.
The Enterprise Learning Senior Consultant II is responsible for delivering a broad scope of learning initiatives to internal clients by applying professional judgment, knowledge, experience and a broad perspective. The individual will assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of routine and/or innovative solutions that support enterprise learning with minimal supervision. Completes assignments of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity, coordinates activities, and impacts project-and team-results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning/Design
- Identify new and emerging technology-based approaches to enhance current instructional delivery methods.
- Support the Enterprise Learning Solutions Strategy by aligning to business goals and functional requirements for enterprise learning solutions.
- Actively participate as a member of the Enterprise Learning Teams to provide input and subject matter expertise in solution design, development, and execution of a process to ensure that new learning offerings, processes, and employee communications are aligned with the business strategy.
- Stay current with trends through best practice research, internal/external benchmarking, and participation in professional associations.
- Partner in the design and develop instructional materials (e.g. tutorials, job aids, reference guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, tests, eLearning, etc.) that transform complex information into professionally written, interactive multimedia instruction.
- Support established adult learning methodologies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate enterprise and AOR learning programs.
Client Services
- Build organizational expertise in enterprise learning tools through cross-enterprise peer collaboration, training, and by maintaining learning system documentation for all user populations.
- Build relationships with a broad range of stakeholder groups to provide on-going consultation; actively work with business partners, client services, and HR Areas of Responsibilities (AORs) to optimize client and enterprise learning solutions.

Project Management
- Accountable for successful collaboration and leadership of multiple projects necessary to implement the broader Enterprise Learning strategy.
- Manage multiple project work streams effectively.
- Maintain detailed project documents, status reports, measurements, and performance expectations for all projects.
- Collaborate with others in key business and/or functional initiatives.
- Able to apply and use critical thinking to problem solving and decision making.
Vendor Management
- Research and recommend learning technology vendors with respect to applicable skill sets, innovative tools, valuable services, and proven successes in the Learning industry.
- Partner with vendors to ensure effective delivery of services.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Masters degree and/or related certification a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a position with demonstrated success in the area of Enterprise Learning, project management, instructional design, eLearning development, and execution of all phases of the design life cycle.
- Prior experience with e-Learning authoring software a plus.
- Subject matter expertise in the design and development of instructional materials and incorporating adult learning principles.
- Strong analytical skills and learning technology skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software and knowledge of SAP, Success Factors and Learning Technology platforms preferred.
- Strong work ethic with commitment to high performance, quality, and service excellence.
- Advanced time management and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to establish, manage, and leverage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills; as well as the ability to think conceptually, analytically and creatively.
- Flexibility and capability to perform in ambiguous situations.
- Consulting presence Interact and facilitate meetings with various levels of leadership; adapting behavior to different people and situations.
- Consulting capabilities Develop relationships with various stakeholders that maximize the achievement of business outcomes, client commitment, and long-term sustainability.
- Prior experience in facilitating learning technology or content development instructional sessions preferred.
- Ability to work independently to achieve deadlines.
