Benefits Practice Leader Greenville

Our client, a top broker in the Greenville area, is actively seeking a Benefits Manager to supervise a team of Account Managers and Service Reps as well and provide some account management for a small book of business in the fully-insured and self-funded market. They are looking for a minimum of 8 years of experience in Group Benefits, from a broker or carrier, with some management responsibilities in the past. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to mentor and motivate a team, and a good history of client satisfaction. Outstanding compensation and benefits are being offered.
