Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Field general information requests on services, pricing, etc. via email and phone.
  • Aid customers in the ordering process and answer basic ordering questions.
  • Accept phone calls concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints.
  • Send well-constructed and thorough written emails to prospective customers, on-site Lookers.
  • Track, route and redirect tickets correctly among departments
  • Properly escalate unresolved tickets or issues to the next level of support or management
  • Ensure that SLA requirements are met on all tickets .
  • Assist in other job functions during peak times.
Requirements

  • Has excellent customer service skills (organized, detail-oriented, and sincerely empathetic).
  • Comfortable with rapid change
  • Has strong written and oral communication skills
  • Can clearly communicate service features and benefits.
  • Has an ability to make decisions with little direction.
  • Is proactive in identifying new opportunities, solving problems, and prioritizing efforts.
  • Pays strong attention to detail both with respect to customer needs and the quality of your work.
  • Can learn new processes quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Is comfortable with computers & mobile technology and learning new software systems.
  • Can Type 40+ WPM
  • Has at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • We are seeking candidates willing to work 35-40 hours per week but capable/willing to work extended hours (overtime as requested) to meet company peaks.
  • Prefer candidates with at least 1-2 years of work experience years under your belt
