Seeking a full-time in-house adjuster in the York, PA location. Technical position involves the direct handling of claims for our national product offerings comprised of emergency service, commercial ambulance, religious, hospice/home health and public entities including municipalities, schools and police departments. This position will require investigation, evaluation and adjustment of general liability property damage claims. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret coverage and contracts; conduct timely and thorough investigations; effectively manage and direct vendors; prepare correspondence, captioned reports and coverage letters. Some travel required.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years commercial general liability or related experience. Bachelors degree or transferrable industry experience and knowledge. Must hold current state adjusting licenses or pass licensing exams within an aggressive period of time. AIC designation preferred.
