Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides application development, programming and configuration for specific system assignments. Troubleshoots, conducts impact analysis, and escalates appropriately. Manages interaction between the systems and corporate technical support areas when additional support is required. Defines technical requirements and has ability to coordinate team resources to solve problems. This job does not lead others

Marketing Description



Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop geospatial applications to customer specifications
  • Develop RESTful web services
  • Unit test code and support UAT
  • Perform production support activities for deployed applications
  • Support platform activities such as upgrades and re-platforms
  • Explore and develop integration between geospatial platform and other technologies
  • Deliver using Agile methodologies and DevOps technologies


Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of technology or business related experience required.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 5 years of technology or business related experience preferred. Experience managing others preferred.

Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies
  • ESRI software including desktop, Portal/ArcGIS online, Web AppBuilder
  • ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ModelBuilder
  • HTML/JavaScript and web technologies
  • Web application development, application extensions
  • Python
  • Java and/or .NET preferred
  • SQL experience, SQL Server and Oracle preferred
  • Windows and web security
